Amanda- & the double dilemma

Up until today I had two copies of the bear I thought was called Amanda, one good copy & one with a dress needing repair. Today I pulled out the dress to fix the elastic on it & noticed it was different to the original Amanda I had!! It was pink with white spots & my other "Amanda" had a pink & white check dress. Mm, so I pulled out the leaflet & sure enough the "real" Amanda's dress is pink with white spots!! So here is my Amanda & the other little bear who I don't yet know the name of.

A Family Reunion

When an online friend heard I started collecting Teddy Bear Story they decided to help me out by offering to sell me theirs! And they arrived today! So here is a new photo of my collection thus far. (Not all these arrived today, some have been gotten through trading)

And believe it or not these aren't even half of what is out there!

By the way if anyone knows the names of these 3 little bears please let me know. 

I haven't found any information on them anywhere!

I'm excited! This week I got my hands on a Teddy Bear Story leaflet from 1986! 

It has some of product numbers I was missing, & shows some of the bears I don't have. Very exciting! Now to try & get hold of a 1987 leaflet! 

A mystery of the most mysterious kind

Today a mystery bear arrived. She isn't mysterious in that I don't know where she came from, but that I don't yet know who she is! 

As you can see she has the padded paws like the Sekiguchi bears, but she doesn't have the imprint on her back like the Teddy Bear Story ones. 

To me she does look like a "The Bear Story" figure. But I'm just not sure! 

But no matter, I still think she will fit in with the Sekiguchi & SIMBA bears perfectly! 

Update on room.

Here is the room after the glue dried. 

At this current time I'm looking for a TBS dining table first & then I might start working on a bedroom. 

Sometime in the next few weeks I'm expecting a parcel with some new-to-me figures, my darling husband bought them for my birthday! (In late May)

When they arrive I will post some more group pictures.
